Ku’uipo is the founder and main visionary behind Mana’olana International. After years of running a successful project management and business process management consultant and training organization, she decided to start Mana’olana International in 2011. Ku’uipo has taught and developed curriculum at a variety of academic institutions centered around project management.  She is also Chair of the Governing Board of Kamalani Academy (a K-8 Na Mea Hawaii, Arts Integration, Leader In Me Public Charter School), and a founding board member of the Kamalani Academy Foundation.
